Language issues

The information on the website www.eke.org is mainly given in the languages used on the territory covered by our actions, that’s to say French and Basque. Therefore, all the contents are bilingual Basque/French.

Nevertheless, some texts might be available in just one language as this website is to be seen as a place where different writers with various linguistic skills are invited to make their contribution.

However the Basque culture institute attends to having the major contents available in these two languages. Concerning the English and Spanish versions, we try hard to provide texts in each language. These are usually linked to unchanging cultural topics (like the website dedicated to bertsularism www.bertsulari.com).

Be that as it may, if you are interested in a subject not available in your language, please let us know. We’ll make our best to satisfy you.
