In accordance with its articles of association, the Basque Cultural Institute (BCI) gives priority to means of expression in the Basque language, based on projects carried out by around a hundred BCI member associations and artists. The Basque Cultural Institute wishes to support the setting up of spaces for creation, artistic expression and exchange which bear witness to the means of appropriation and reinventing Basque culture by the younger generations.
